I recently finished Janine’s coaching program and it was quite productive! She has an incredible ability in helping me find the underlying cause of my challenges. During our sessions, I discovered some things that were blocking me from reaching my ideal weight. She was able to give me tips on how to adjust my habits to make better choices on a mental level. The accountability she provided helped me stay on track with my goals. By keeping track of my progress, my successes and challenges, I’ve gotten more organized and found ways to accomplish my goals. She provided the support I needed so that I could incorporate healthy lifestyle changes in a manageable way.
