I’m a Registered Nurse and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach supporting women through the physical and emotional transitions of midlife.

Real People, Real Success

I worked with Janine for three months after struggling for a long time to regain my previous fitness level after a debilitating injury. She is a master of helping to set reasonable, attainable, progressive goals that were the key to improving my overall fitness level. Working together we were able to figure out what works for me and what doesn’t. By gradually replacing old unhealthy habits with new healthier habits I am on a solid path to regaining my pre-injury fitness. The key to success for me was Janine’s personalized approach, compassion & depth of knowledge of current health and wellness best practices.
