As a Registered Nurse and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I help women in midlife understand what’s happening in their bodies — so they can stop guessing, stop pushing through, and feel supported in ways that create real change.

My approach blends Lifestyle Medicine, informed habit change, intuitive support, and nervous-system-aware care.

This is not a one-size-fits-all plan or a quick fix.

It’s a personalized coaching process that meets you where you are and evolves as your needs change.

Intuitive Coaching

Intuitive Coaching supports clarity, alignment, and deeper self-awareness.

It is a modality I may draw from during any coaching package and is also available as a focused, stand-alone offering for women seeking guidance during transitions, decision-making, or periods of uncertainty.

This work offers space for reflective inquiry and intuitive guidance, helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom and make decisions from a place of trust, rather than pressure or fear.

Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki energy healing offers gentle support for relaxation, emotional balance, and nervous-system regulation.

Reiki can be supportive if you:

  • Feel chronically stressed or emotionally depleted
  • Have difficulty relaxing or sleeping
  • Are managing ongoing physical or emotional discomfort

Reiki may be experienced on its own or alongside health coaching.

I have been battling with weight and eating issues my whole life. I contacted Janine after I tried virtually every weight loss group or diet trend – including counseling and consulting with a nutritionist. Initially I was not sure whether talking to someone over the phone would be able to give me the support I needed, but I decided to make the commitment. Now months later, I have to say that working with Janine has been the most effective means of dealing with my eating and weight issues. Her approach has helped me re-learn forgiveness and free myself from the trap of “perfectionism”. She has helped me be forgiving of my set backs and she has also helped me embrace my wins.
